Shipping policy

Most CHIYAN Jewelry pieces are made to order. Your order will begin once payment is received. Each piece may take up to one to two weeks to complete, not including shipping time. If you need your item sooner, please reach out before placing your order.

All purchases are shipping via USPS with delivery confirmation in US.
Please contact me for further details about shipping outside the United States ;)

I am not liable for lost or stolen packages and will not be held responsible for additional shipping charger if the packages are returned due to customer absence, customer errors in addresses or package refusal.
